Privacy Policy
TSED, Unipessoal, Lda., a limited liability company by quotas with the sole registry and taxpayer number 510 148 301, a fully subscribed and paid-up share capital of EUR 100.00 and registered office at Avenida Camilo, no. 72, 4300-095 Porto (“Blip”), as the data controller, informs the participants (“Participants”) of the Blip’s Dream Team initiative (“Initiative”) that the personal data provided voluntarily by them in the context of the Initiative (namely name or nickname, country, job role, skills, photo, background, logo, jersey and LinkedIn profile) will be processed by Blip for the following purposes, based on the consent of the Participant:
- Management of the Initiative (including the issuance of the custom card and the recommendation of relevant job openings, which will be determined by automated means, in accordance with your profile, which will be based in the information provided within the context of the initiative); and
- Recruitment and selection (by contacting the Participant if an opportunity in which the Participant’s profile fits appears in Blip), if the Participant provides information of his/her LinkedIn profile and expressly authorizes it.
The data provided within the context of the Initiative must be accurate and complete. Participants must notify Blip of any changes to their personal data so that it is always up to date and error-free.
The personal data collected and processed in connection with the Initiative will be kept for as long as necessary for the management and promotion of the Initiative (and for a maximum period of 1 year as of the collection of the data). With the consent of the Participants, their personal data will be kept for recruitment and selection purposes for a period of 1 (one) year. Before the termination of this retention period, Blip may request to the Participant the renewal of his/her consent to maintain (and update) the Participants’ data for the purpose of filling future vacancies. If a Participant does not renew his/her consent or withdraws his/her consent before the maximum period indicated, Blip will delete his/her data from its servers.
Participants’ personal data may be processed by third parties providing software licensing services, database hosting and other IT services, who act on behalf of Blip.
Blip informs you that the personal data collected may circulate on the network without security conditions and may be viewed and/or used by unauthorised third parties, even though appropriate security measures have been taken against accidental or unauthorised destruction or accidental loss, as well as against unauthorised access, modification or dissemination, taking into account the state of technology, the nature of the data stored and the risks to which they are exposed.
Participants may at any time exercise their rights of access, rectification, erasure, limitation of processing and portability, as well as withdraw the consents given in the relevant form (without this compromising the lawfulness of the processing carried out on the basis of the consent previously given), by emailing [email protected]. Participants must indicate in their request their name and the right they are exercising. If necessary, Blip will ask the Participant for the information necessary to verify his/her identity. Participants have also the right to lodge a complaint at any time before the National Data Protection Commission, the Portuguese Supervisory Authority for data protection issues (https://www.cnpd.pt/).
